In case the Responsible has to deliver the documents as a result of the right exercised, it will be done through copies that will be sent to you by e-mail or will be made available to you at the address that you indicate for this purpose, within the aforementioned period, so that you can pick them up directly or through a third party authorized by means of a power of attorney.
You may at any time revoke the consent you have given us to prevent the processing of your Personal Data in whole or in part, however, it is important to note that not in all cases we will be able to fulfill your request or conclude the use immediately, since it is possible that by some legal obligation the person in charge requires to continue processing your Personal Data. Likewise, you should consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that we cannot continue providing you with the service and/or attention requested, or the conclusion of your relationship with the Responsible Party. The Person in Charge will notify you of the resolution corresponding to your request within 10 working days following the presentation of your request, provided that it is complete and duly integrated.
In order that you can limit the use and disclosure of your personal information, you can register in the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising, which is in charge of the Federal Consumer Protection Office (PROFECO), so that your Personal Data will not be used to receive advertising or promotions.
